That might be suitable to start in Calc.
You find some information about implementing functions on the Wiki and
there are a lot of existing functions, where you can look how things
done. But the first step is to get your own build. Don't hesitate to
ask; there are a many steps to get the build environment and to get the
first build. Which OS do you use?
