In general: the ultimate decision is responsibility of Apache Trademarks indeed, but Apache Trademarks asks that the PMCs check before involving them. So the best thing to do in these cases is to e-mail priv...@openoffice.apache.org with all details and a screenshot (attachments allowed) and put tradema...@apache.org in CC; both channels are not public, since trademark discussions are one of the few issues that we need to keep confidential.
