Thank you Herbert, that helped me to solve the issue. ccache gcc was looking for Mac OSX 10.4u SDK, so ... instead of installing 10.4u SDK (xcode already installed), I created a symbolic link to 10.5. Guess what, it works!
Soon, I'll publish my configuration, before I add a few notes to the Mac Building Guide.
