Don't touch the Indian offer! Much better to take the box to PC World or local 
compputer shop.

Run a Malware and a Virus scan with updated malware/virus definitions. Some 
site you or a user of your computer has accessed has downloaded a Trojan 
(possibly inserted into OpenOffice) onto your computer. These Trojans throw you 
to some Indian sites, they remotely access your computer, and the price goes up 
and up!
