I need info regarding Openoffice. You or somebody has me really confused.
I have Apache OpenOffice 3 Listed as OpenOffice.org 3.4.1.
I also have Apache OpenOffice 4 Listed as only OpenOffice without the .org.
I assume you have done away with the .org??
One has .org and the other has only OpenOffice.
Yes. We renamed to Apache OpenOffice a couple of years ago. So
version 1.0 through 3.3.0 are called OpenOffice.org. (Before that it
was called StarOffice) Version 3.4.0 and later is called Apache
OpenOffice.
But the application is still named OpenOffice.org
The .org was removed from the application name in Apache OpenOffice 4.0
Which one should I be using?
The latest version is Apache OpenOffice 4.0.

-Rob
