Note that the default search options ignore RESOLVED issues. If in that moment the issue was marked as RESOLVED (as it is now), to see it you need to open https://issues.apache.org/ooo/query.cgi then select (CTRL-Click) all values for Status and Resolution, and the issue will appear in the search results.
