The first 3 languages are 100% complete in Pootle, "kid" is the KeyID

I now added "km" and "zh-TW", "pl" was already there. Enabling the keyid
build doesn't make sense until [1] is fixed.

Now it makes sense to add it, preferably in time for the coming
snapshot, so translators will be able to use it for the last
translation fixes.
Note that this is fixed only on trunk: I'll wait for the issue to be
approved as stopper before copying the fix to AOO401.
