Great, of course this is not a hard requirement but let's do our best to be responsive when new volunteers show up.
if anybody want to work on a language not available in pootle or sdf, it must be discussed first on this list, since it involves more work.
Understandable, no problems with additional delays in this case (and note that it involves also a lot of work outside Pootle in the worst case, i.e., when the language is not one of those listed for example in Format - Character).
I will (after 72 hours) remove the 3.4 projects from pootle (and po directory).
+1 from me, with the provision that the work being done, for example, in https://translate.apache.org/th/OOo_34/ is kept in https://translate.apache.org/th/aoo40/ (but it seems this has already been done, and I don't see any 3.4 projects with a lot of recent work).
