Feature suggestion for AOO 4.x

Hello!!! I mentioned this months ago. There is a need for a button to change the font (uppercase, Capitalize, etc) like Microsoft Office 2010 has. I tried to add it to AOO 4.0, by looking all over the options, without success and I guess it should appear as default since it is very useful.
