EN forum is very slow.
The too many connections error may come back soon. Do we have to wait for
imacat for that?

Forums have indeed been down until about one hour ago, then Infra restarted the
machine, then the machine was up but with extremely high load (I have access to
it, but not full privileges) and now load is much lower and the forums are
working normally for me.
