it sounds as if you are not replying to the mail sent to you.
Actually, that error message ("Incorrect or missing confirmation code")
is linked to the "cats and dogs" CAPTCHA... This is why I was asking if
it makes sense to try with another browser and, in case, if we have a
suggestion of a tested working configuration (like: Firefox 22 without
the "noscript" add-on... this is just a made-up example of course).
