Hi Rajath, sorry for answering late but I was busy with many other things. I don't know what your current problem is or if it still exists. Chemistry provides a lot of samples and it is probably a good idea to work through this samples to become familiar with the library and the API's. And the Chemistry project has also a dev mailing list and I am sure they are open to answer your questions regarding Chemistry.
