Hi Rob, Attached for your consideration is my refined logo submission.
My refined logo includes refinements to the gulls/pages emphasis, font, font weight, font kerning, and layout. For the orb and gulls, I've emphasized the gulls curves to be more representative of book pages, and generally stronger visually. For the logo type, I've updated my font to Open Sans, which I had in an earlier sketch but didn't submit for the voting. This font is available from Google Fonts and would allow us to use this font for website typography when we extend the styling updates to our websites.
