Haven't filed any report about that yet, just some thought if you
think they are worth something:
- Customization: is it intended to make the sidebar customizable like
the toolbars?
This is definitely something we want but also something that is not easy
to do. Automatic layouting controls in the sidebar is more complicated
than in the toolbar:
- The size of controls varies more
- There are multiple lines by default
- Some controls should be grouped together (eg titles and their controls)
- Some controls should be aligned not only horizontally but also vertically.
All this is doable but will take its time to do right. Maybe for the
release after 4.0

- Among the important features in the paragraph properties, I think
that the "Keep with next paragraph" has its place in the sidebar. This
is often a direct formatting that depends on the text flow but that
can't be given to any specific style for the main text (I'm not
talking about headings of course).
