The development work is still in progress. You can download the branch install package (binary for Windows) from http://ci.apache.org/projects/openoffice/#w7ia2 and see what we have done from https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/AOO+4.0+IAccessible2.
