It would be surprising if the home of Apache Chemistry doesn't support an OpenCMIS server based on Apache Chemestry; I guess it would be something productive for both projects (so the point wouldn't be "infra does not support"; instead, if a project asks for resources, it must provide people in the know to maintain it).
