If you have some ideas there, go ahead and add them. Or maybe they would be part of a "development process" strategic plan? Having a longer-term vision can help with recruitment as well. Some volunteers want small bite-sized things they can work on short term. But others are looking for something more exciting and substantial. So having a few big challenges is a good thing. Of course, we don't want science fiction either.
