Your best bet is to start a conversation on one of the LibreOffice lists about whether that license is acceptable to LibreOffice. That is exactly what we would do here at Apache if we wanted to bring in 3rd party code that was under an unfamiliar license. We'd discuss and, if needed consult, our own legal advisers.
