The idea is not only for Chinese marketing: I expect we will have a vibrant Chinese user/developer community and there is likely to be a language barrier so the list is also for community building and to treat specific chinese (language) support issues. The creation and administration of such list depends on Chinese users so I thought I would suggest it but I won't be pushing the topic further. cheers, Pedro.
