It seems that the pre-graduation builds are kept archived under
/incubator in general and not moved, compare for example PDFBox:
- http://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/pdfbox/ (pre-graduation releases)
- http://archive.apache.org/dist/pdfbox/ (post-graduation releases)
So the current archive should probably not be moved, but future builds
(4.0 onwards) will be archived at http://archive.apache.org/dist/openoffice/
Then of course our current archive contains 10 years of files from the
pre-Apache era which don't fit perfectly in the "incubator" subdir...
but it's very good to have them archived somewhere at Apache.
