Isn't possible to register this domain. We have more one level in brazilian internet, i.e., the <domain>.[com|org|...].br. Is possible to register something like apachecon.com.br or (for me) apachecon.org.br, one time that Apache is a NGO or community. The other problem related with it is that for .org.br domains is necessary a NGO as formal juridic entity. Some thing to rethink. In the past, we had the BrOffice.org NGO, that was created to give this support for open source in Brazil, but today, we haven't more a trustable entity to support this moviment. My R$ 0,02...
