I don't know whether this scripts are still in use. The folder "buttons"
in sd/res/ contains the navigation icons, which are used, when you
export a drawing or presentation to HTML using the wizard File > Export
>type Html. The installed AOO has them in
Basis\share\config\wizard\web\buttons. So I guess, that the scripts in
folder "webview" belong (or had belong) to this export.
