Hello, Apache OpenDAL community, This is a call for a vote on Apache OpenDAL release candidate v0.59.1-rc.1, proposed for release as Apache OpenDAL 0.59.1. This patch release fixes the missing changelog in the published `opendal-core` crate. Their release build gates have completed, and the Maven staging repository is closed. The Dart cross-compilation workflow failed because of a changelog symlink target missing inside its build container; Dart is not part of this source release. Please download, verify, and test the release candidate. When voting, state which checks you performed.
