Thanks to @tisonkun, @erickguan, and @suyanhanx for volunteering to serve as the initial PMC Chair. Following some informal coordination, I would like to propose @tisonkun as the Chair candidate to carry forward into the formal vote. Tison is willing to take responsibility for establishing Reqsign’s Board reporting process, and his experience serving on the ASF Board would be particularly helpful as the new PMC establishes its reporting and governance routines. As noted above, the Chair serves as the administrative liaison to the Board and remains a peer of the other PMC members in project decisions. @erickguan and @suyanhanx, please let us know whether you support this proposal or believe further discussion is needed. If the discussion reaches consensus, we will name Tison as the proposed initial Chair in the formal vote and Board resolution.
