ASF project guidelines recommend that project artifacts should include apache
in the title as it gives trademark protection. This means that we need to
rename our existing artifacts from org.ofbiz..... to org.apache.ofbiz......
I suggest that the rename occur only in the trunk as part of the current
re-factoring and code tidy up.
