The Chart of Accounts in both Global GL Settings and Organisational GL Settings
are ordered on glAccountId in stead of accountCode, which is more commonly
defined by accountants than glAccountId which is an internal identifier.
The Chart of Accounts in Global GL Settings differ the same in Organisational
GL Settings with regards of fields shown.
