reduction of entities in HR

we intend to reduce the number of entities in HR:

EmplLeave
EmplLeaveReasonType
EmplLeaveType  -> workeffort+related-entities so it also appears on the 
calendar

JobInterview
JobInterviewType -> communication event and related entities

any comments or suggestions?
