Delete links for on Catalog-> Promos->Rules is not working.

On Catalog->Promos->Rules, Delete links for product and category are not
working.
Steps to regenerate:
1.Go to Catalog-> Promos
2.Create New Product Promo
3.Go to Rules tab
4.Create a condition
5.Add a product in condition block.
6.Create an Action
7 Add a product in Action block.
8.Now clicks on Delete link for removing product, this Delete links does not
work
9.Above steps are also applied for category fields in condition and Action
block.
