We are working on the enhancement of the lead functionality under SFA module.
Current Scenario:
The lead is created by collecting the personal details.
Problem faced:
1.There was no product selection criteria earlier.
2.Lead was being created without having the product specific information.
Solution to problem:
1.Make sure that first of all the product is selected.
2.Get the product specific information which is really necessary to be given
and after that create the lead.
Implemented Functionality:
We make sure that first of all the product is selected, then take two types of
information which are:
-The information which is specific to the selected product and mandatory to be
given so that we can check whether product specific details of the user meet
the organization standards to filter out the leads.
-The information which is the personal information and after having both types
of information the lead is created.
We would like to upload the implemented Lead patch in SFA module ASAP. Before
uploading patch we would like to discuss our approach with community members.
