Dear all, I am writing to report a possible bug I found in OFBiz 24 related to URL generation. Specifically, URLs containing spaces and other invalid characters are resulting in URISyntaxException errors, making it difficult to access certain information in the application.
To illustrate the issue, I observed the following behavior when accessing Webtools/Entity Engine: This link works correctly: https://demo-next.ofbiz.apache.org/webtools/control/ViewGeneric?userLoginId=teste+01&entityName=UserLogin However, this link throws an error: https://demo-next.ofbiz.apache.org/webtools/control/entity/find/UserLogin/teste%2001 Apparently, there is a bug in the link generation when viewing the entity, where spaces are not being handled properly. Specifically, the problem occurs when trying to view an entity with a userLoginId containing a space. The system generates an incorrect link by replacing the space with "%20", which leads to a URISyntaxException error. The full error screen is included in the attached PDF ("Screenshot from 2025-04-14 09-21-08.pdf").
