Hi,

You have certainly noticed that certain TLP Apache projects are releasing
several release versions at the same time.

What do you think about doing the same thing, for at most 2 versions at the
same time?
When I say at the same time I don't mean we must always release 2 versions the
same day, as it seems most (if not all) TLP projects are doing.
I guess the reason for TLPs doing that is related to CVEs.

This of course with still only stable, next and trunk concepts, for demos and
CI.

For instance we could continue to release the 18.12 branch while starting to
release the 24.09 branch.

Opinions?

TIA

Jacques
