Make Helveticus the default theme

Hi,

Now that all https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-12276 subtasks have been fixed, I propose to Make Helveticus the default theme in trunk and 
24.09.

I'll do so in a week is nobody is against.
