Thank you Alan! That is a convenient way to check. It appears that ESP32S3 
chips have WiFi support in NuttX, so that
might end up being my choice.

A WiFi config for boards that support it is a convenient way to check (and to 
test out the capabilities if the user has
that board). I also think assigning tags based on checking defconfig files 
might be difficult. Some boards just don't
have a lot of defconfigs. I think that is a better approach than parsing the 
many Kconfig files though.
