Yeah calling __init__.py is not a good idea you need to import module
and this will run __init__.py for you anyways :-)

Are you sure you have all python dependencies installed from
requirements.py [1] file with exact matching versions?

If not you may want to create a local python virtual environment so
there is no conflict with system packages, activate it, then install
all required packages with `pip install -r tools/gdb/requirements.txt`
