https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/13494 Here is my proposition of PR template update - it consist of bullet points with example required information and verification checks (that are sometimes missing) to be updated quickly during PR creation. This should keep all new PRs informative, consistent, and traceable, making life easier for all parties involved, improving the review process. Please provide a review from the submitter and reviewer perspective. If anything needs to be added/updated/changed just let us know.
