If anyone wants to work on this, I do have all of the original files. I
have the Wiki pages which are in a mark-down-ish format and probably
easier to convert to RST. I also have all of the original HTML files of
the Documents (with images as separate files) but those should also be
available in GIT history (See 6d89ae8fc7668d49b90a130481eab4432d4e8120
for one).
