regarding latest boards/Board.mk

Hi,




It seems that the latest boards/Board.mk leaks "etctmp.c" and "etctmp/" folder. 


I am unsure if it is desired or not. 

If it is not desired, attached pacth can resolve it. hope someone can confirm 
if this is right or not.
