Regarding hardware (because others haven't mentioned it yet): Are you able to verify signal integrity to the SD card hardware? I don't remember off the top of my head but are there pull-up resistors and/or capacitors required on the SD card lines and, if so, are they populated and soldered correctly? Any other solder connections that might need reflowing? Nathan
