Hi Tim, I think everybody already cited all main bootloader used with embedded systems.
Maybe the only other suggestion is uMon (http://www.umonfw.com) an old bootloader that still active, but I didn't find port to SAMA5D. It was used mainly with Coldfire MCUs, but was ported to ARM too.
