I asked same "Dali Question" in a foreign forum ( https://github.com/RIOT-OS/RIOT/pull/16766 ) before I went to vacation, luckily one of maintainers had some previous work about Dali Interface and he added this Pull Request in short time. It works quite satisfactory and became a base for my future works, I started experimenting. Keep in touch.
