OK I think I have sorted through the remaining PRs as well as created the board and did the PRs for apps. This was a big release, I'm looking forward to having it out the door soon. We will have a couple pending backports that need to be added to the release notes once they are merged and the notes need a little formatting. Once that is all done we can generate the release notes for the repo and do another round of testing before cutting the actual release. --Brennan
