Thanks. I haven't actually seen the file but we'll try to figure out as a
community what's the best way to document, or better yet, automate as many
steps as possible, to reduce effort and potential for mistakes.
That spreadsheet is the old release steps that I did.  Its content 
should probably should be retained as is since it is history. Although 
you can change the presentation format if you like.  I would not 
consider modifying this for the 9.0 release.  Rather, is should help to 
provide some inputs to the 9.0 checklist at
