I tried to summarize it here: License Clearing wiki page <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NUTTX/License+Clearing> I tried to write a process that was clear and possible to follow to make progress. If it's not right, let me know or just update the wiki page. My proposal is that Brennan and I try to follow this for the sched/ subdirectory and see how it works. If the process works, we can expand to more people and more subdirectories. If there are problems we can get help and update the process and try again.
