There was a recent issue added to the Bitbucket Repository:

My response: "These repositories are no longer in use and Issues will
not be addressed here. Please repost the issue at

But "This github repository has disabled Issues. Where can I post this
issue?"
Has this been addressed? Are users prevented from posting Issues?
I think I asked this before, but I don't recall any response.
