In my opinion, Jenkins CI scripts could be version controlled firstly locally or my github. Once the whole process is functional, I think the best place is to put them into nuttx testing project if available.
We need to request the creation of the NuttX testing repository. I created the new repository using the Self-Server here: https://gitbox.apache.org/setup/newrepo.html
