Regarding the "tools," "buildroot," and "uclibc" repositories:

I recall someone previously saying that well-known 3rd party tools can be
Apache-hosted without changing their license as long as we make that
abundantly clear to people.

I would like to point out that tools, buildroot, and uclibc are NOT
required for using and developing with NuttX. Case in point: I am not using
them.

Assuming the above is correct, is there any reason why we should not /
cannot host them under the umbrella of Apache NuttX?

If we can "keep all the parts together" by hosting these parts and make
life easier for everyone, then I would be in favor of us doing that.

Nathan
