Team, I'd like to start a vote thread (with lazy consensus [1]) for NIP-49 [2], which aims to persist the flow a Connector last applied, restore it when different Connector code is loaded, and give the Connector a chance to empty connections the upgrade will remove before the new flow is installed.
This NIP was written by Bob Paulin, but I’m calling for the vote as the Sponsoring PMC member. Per our NIP voting policy, this is proposed as a 24-hour vote. I'll leave this open for 24 hours and if nobody objects will consider the NIP has been approved. The actual PR/code-change will still go through our normal RTC process.
