I'd like to raise a proposal to add migrateProperties to connectors.
I've included details in a JIRA [1] for review by the community. I'm a
bit new to submitting a NIP so would appreciate any guidance from the
PMC to ensure I follow the process correctly. I also appreciate any
feedback on the proposal as I think this is an important feature for
upgrading connectors. If the proposal is of interest to the PMC I'd
like to request a sponsor per [2] since I am neither PMC or a committer
