Thanks for highlighting this removal. Running NiFi on Windows now uses
nifi.cmd and sub-commands, analogous to nifi.sh on Linux and macOS.

I have updated the Migration Guidance for NiFi 2.0.0 [1] to highlight
this removal. The nifi.cmd script was introduced some time ago, but
NiFi 2.0.0 removed the legacy bat scripts for Windows.
