Hi there! I am looking for some beginners level assistance with MiNiFi. I have Minifi v1.14 — i read that this build is merged with Nifi. My system is running Windows 10 with JRE 1.8 installed.
From the readme file loaded with Minifi i see that i should be able to just copy the folder to the C:/ and run the command to install as a windows service. However i am getting an error: Failed to start service. Or Error: could not find or load main class oeg.apache…RunMinifi. When i downloaded the minifi 1.14 from Apache i noticed there is no /Conf folder and no Bootstrap config to edit. I assume this is required. Do i simply copy the folder from the Nifi download?? please advise on basic steps for getting started in Windows 10. Much appreciated!! Sent from my iPhone
